Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Because we work with multiple international suppliers, our return process differs slightly from traditional retail stores.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Clearance or final sale items


Return process

  1. Contact us at northedge563@gmail.com with your order number

  2. We will provide return instructions (returns must be approved first)

  3. Ship the item to the address we provide

⚠ Do not send items back to the original shipping address unless instructed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Shipping costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
